This notice explains how Auris handles the personal data you give us when you apply for a job, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and LinkedIn profile if you give them, your CV, anything you write in the application, and notes from any interviews we hold with you.

Why we collect it
To consider you for the role you applied for, or for suitable roles if you sent a general application, to contact you about your application and, if we make you an offer, to prepare your employment.

Who can see it
Only the people at Auris involved in hiring. We don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to recruiters or other companies.

Where it is kept
Applications are stored in our recruitment system on servers in Malaysia. Emails about your application pass through our email providers, which may process them outside Malaysia.

How long we keep it
For as long as it is useful for hiring at Auris, so we can contact you if a suitable role opens later. We delete it whenever you ask. If you join Auris, your application becomes part of your employee record.

Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or withdraw your application and have it deleted at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject "Careers privacy". Withdrawing means we stop considering you for roles.

If you don't give us these details
We need at least your name, email address and CV to consider an application. Everything else is optional.
